Food & Wine
This year we will once again be participating in various Good Food and Wine Shows across Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. These events provide a great opportunity to not only sample our latest releases, but also many other wineries and food offerings too. We also get some free tickets so would be great to see you at one of the shows.
In our only virtual tasting this year, we will be celebrating the release of our Estate wines in June 2023. And what a wonderful set of wines. There will be 9 wines to taste, including some special Shiraz wines that have never been seen before (and won't be released to the public). We'll spend about 1.5 hours chatting about all things wine and answer any questions you have. The virtual tasting will be on Thursday 8 June at 7.30pm AEST.

After a period of appointment only, our cellar door will reopen for regular hours from June 1. We have a new team, a new look and some great new wines to show our visitors. So book a time and we welcome you with open arms!
It is often said that it takes a lot of beer to make good wine. Let me add, coffee is almost as important. But where do we buy it in the Barossa Valley?
Vegan Friendly Wines are growing in popularity all the time. We are regularly asked whether our wines are vegan friendly, the answer is yes, but what makes them vegan friendly and do they taste any different?
In collaboration with Laava, we have been piloting a new technology that allows you to verify the authenticity of your wine purchase. We decided to encourage you to participate by providing a great prize for those that scanned. The prize, a trip to the Barossa has been drawn and won. Any feedback? We would love to hear from you
There is a lot of discussion and process around serving wine, but does the temperature really matter? How is the wine flavour impacted? If I want to chill my wine, how do I chill and to what temperature?
Our blanc de noirs is a great favourite, and a new disgorgement has just been released. How do we make it? Is it different? Is it any better?

Barossa Brandy is one of the great styles of Australian spirit. It is made from grapes, double distilled and aged in barrel for an extended period of time. An Australian style to savour.
Barossa Grenache is a truly wonderful drink. After a period in the wilderness, the wine is back, the grapes are in demand and for the first time in perhaps 50 years we are planting grenache on mass. The resurgence is here
