WHERE DOES HAYES FAMILY WINES SHIP TO?
Hayes Family Wines ships wine anywhere within Australia. Please contact us for International Requirements.
WHEN WILL MY WINES BE SHIPPED?
Your wines will be shipped within 2 weeks of confirmation of your subscription. Subsequent deliveries will be in accordance with the shipping schedule for each club. For the Vineyard Series Club Pack, this is twice annually in March and October. For the Regional Club Pack, this will be quarterly in March, June, September and December. Custom Pack shipments will be in accorance with your order schedule.
WHAT WINES WILL BE IN MY SHIPMENT?
Hayes Family Wines is dedicated to providing the most exclusive and prestigious wines to go within your wine club shipment. The wines are sourced from our award-winning selection. We uphold our promise to send you the best and most exclusive wines we have to offer. And if you want more wine, you can also always add on any of your favourites!
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR CREDIT CARD?
You can update your details at anytime via our website. You will be reminded when your card details change or requires update.
CAN I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP TYPE?
You are welcome to switch between membership types – it’s a great way to try some different wines. The cut-off date for changes and updates is one month prior to the next shipment month (for example cut off is 30th of September, for October shipment).
I WILL BE AWAY DURING MY NEXT SHIPMENT, WHAT CAN I DO?
If you are away during the next shipment, you can re-route your shipment in advance to a different address or suspend your subscription (for up to two delivery cycles). Simply log in and edit shipping details for the current shipment.
CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS MY WINE IS SHIPPED TO?
If you have moved or would like to permanently change your shipping address you can do this by logging in to your account and editing your shipping address.
CAN I ADD MORE WINE TO MY PACKAGE?
You’re welcome to receive multiple wine club packs – or you’re welcome to purchase anything at our online store whenever you want, remember Members enjoy a 15% discount on all online and cellar door purchases via your code!
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
For your first subscription shipment, payment will be taken at the time of checkout. This is to ensure there are no problems with the pre-authorisation of credit cards and so you can access your 15% discount immediately. Following shipments will be charged 2 weeks prior to your next scheduled shipment. Ensure that your credit card has been updated before this date so that you can receive your wine on time.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
When we finalize and ship your order Australia Post will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log on to the Australia Post website to get an estimated date of delivery.
HOT WEATHER POLICY
Hayes Family Wines stores all its wine in climate-controlled facilities and, by continuation, makes every effort to ensure that customers receive their packs under optimum conditions. During periods of forecast hot weather, we reserve the right to delay shipments.
