Much to Kylie's dismay, we have contracted a small patch of old vine Coonawarra Cabernet to form the basis of our Cabernet Shiraz blend, but also to provide a straight Coonawarra Cabernet in some years. It is a great block of old cabernet with a history of supporting some of the great wines of Coonawarra.
